For more than 32 years Todd Chase has been recognized as one of the Valley's most highly skilled, ethical and successful Realtors. As a fourth generation Arizonan and third generation Phoenician, Todd possesses a vast understanding of, and deep roots in, various communities and neighborhoods in and around Phoenix and its surrounding cities.

Todd has built his real estate business based on the principles of providing his clients with the utmost integrity and knowledge so that they can make informed decisions throughout the buying and selling processes. With a strong background in marketing and technology, Todd brings a unique and advanced perspective to his client relationships which bridges the gap between today's consumer needs and what the real estate industry as a whole offers.

Todd is adept in a variety of aspects of the real estate business; among them working with residential buyers and sellers, investors, acquisitions and property management. He is committed to continuing his real estate education and knowledge-base and holds numerous real estate industry designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiation Expert, Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and the certified Scottsdale Residential Real Estate Expert of which Todd is one of only 85 Realtors in the State of Arizona to obtain this distinction. Additionally, Todd is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) which allows him the ability to guide families and individuals through selling real property through the probate process.

In addition to his extensive career in real estate, Todd also actively participates in numerous community and national organizations. He is a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and was the president of the Sigma Chi House Corporation of Epsilon Upsilon from 2008 to 2017 as well as serving as an Assistant Grand Trustee to the international fraternity. From 2007 to 2016 he served on the board of directors of the Threshold Project which was to be a $150M mixed use development at Arizona State University. In addition to these organizations Todd is a member of the Phoenix Rancheros and also donates to charities supporting United States veterans wounded in combat of which he is extremely passionate about.
